In this research project, we delve into the complex terrain of migrants' rights and anti-discrimination efforts within Türkiye and France. Our central goal is to inform and catalyze policy improvements while nurturing an environment of inclusivity for migrant communities. We employ a multifaceted approach encompassing legal framework analysis, policy effectiveness assessment, real-life case studies, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, identification of best practices, and the formulation of actionable policy recommendations. At the heart of our research lies a primary question: "How can a comparative analysis of migrants' rights and anti-discrimination mechanisms in Türkiye and France inform policy and practice improvements to enhance the protection of migrants' rights and combat discrimination in both countries?" Our ultimate aspiration is to contribute evidence-based insights that foster respectful, inclusive, and equitable societies in both Türkiye and France.
